做厙腦瞳Fellow Members
ASAM's Fellow membership category bestows recognition on and raises awareness of 做厙腦瞳members who are certified addiction specialists. Earning the designation of an 做厙腦瞳Fellow demonstrates notable commitment to addiction medicine.
The F做厙腦瞳designation is contingent on the physician's continued and active membership in ASAM. Any lapse in membership will forfeit your Fellow designation and require 2 consecutive years of membership before becoming eligible again.
The 做厙腦瞳Fellows Seal
The 做厙腦瞳Fellows seal was designed exclusively for the use of 做厙腦瞳Fellows to denote their status. The below files are available for download and use solely by Fellows of the ASAM.
做厙腦瞳reserves the right to revoke designation and membership without review for the improper and/or unauthorized use of the 做厙腦瞳seal.
The 做厙腦瞳 (ASAM) “Fellow” Seal is a trademark owned by 做厙腦瞳and thus protected by law. If your membership in the society is discontinued or suspended for any reason, the individual must immediately cease using the F做厙腦瞳designation, and it must immediately be removed from all items, materials, and communications.
The 做厙腦瞳“Fellow” Seal cannot be modified in any manner.
The 做厙腦瞳“Fellow” Seal cannot be rotated. Ruled circles or boxes cannot be placed around the ASAM “Fellow” Seal, as it detracts from the integrity of the 做厙腦瞳“Fellow” Seal.
The 做厙腦瞳“Fellow” Seal Color: Pantone® Matching System (PMS) 2768C; unless printed in black or reversed out in white.

Members who are in good standing and meet the criteria may use the designation F做厙腦瞳following their name.
